The basics

Tell us the basics so we can build a proposal around your real wedding, not a generic package.

A name and number so we know who's building this and can send the finished proposal straight to WhatsApp — nothing else happens with it, ever.

Prefer to look around first? Jump straight to your celebration →

Why we ask first: so your finished proposal lands straight on WhatsApp the second you're done — no email chase, no waiting. We'll never cold-call you, and this number is never shared, sold, or handed to a third party.

Count every function — sangeet, haldi, the wedding, all of it.

On the investment: this is your day's whole archive, not a vendor invoice. Straight guidance, no upsell theatre.

Just tells us how fast to reach out. Dates get held first-conversation, not first-payment.

Just so your proposal actually reaches you on WhatsApp.

02

Your celebration

Tell us the shape of your celebration — how many days, how many guests. No need to list every function.

Where's the wedding?

Type a number, or use the arrows — this drives our crew-size suggestion below.

Wedding date (optional)
Your day-wise schedule (optional, but helps us plan)

Add the events happening on each day, with rough timings and venue — this becomes the itinerary in your proposal.

03

Pick your crew

How many of each role per day — every role's optional. You'll choose your package tier at the very end.

Our suggestion

We keep rates private per line-item so this stays about your coverage, not a negotiation. Your total is always fully visible.

How we think about this

Not hours. Not a shot list. Every role protects one part of your story — nothing decorative, nothing padded. Built to be rewatched.

04

What you actually get

Pick what fits. Editing options are unlocked by the crew you book — Traditional edits need a Traditional shooter on some day, cinematic edits need a Candid or Cinematic shooter on some day.

Albums, films, and reels are priced as whole deliverables, not per-photo or per-minute — your day isn't a unit count.

Here's your number

Transparent, but not final — scope locks in after we actually talk. Think of this as the trailer, not the movie.

One complete proposal, not a spreadsheet of line items — so you can focus on your story.

When you'll actually get everything

  • Photos — 2–3 weeks
  • Films — 14–16 weeks, 1 revision included

Song picks needed before film editing starts.

Why the day rate is what it is

Your wedding coverage is not just hours on-site. It includes senior artists, separate photo and film roles where needed, planning around rituals and family priorities, backup equipment, editing, revisions, delivery systems and a team responsible for protecting moments that cannot be repeated.

No payment, no commitment — just a conversation next. We reply within a few hours.

1Your proposal — you can download in the next step.
2We review your date, venue and coverage with you.
3If it feels right, we block your date with a booking amount and agreement.

Dates are confirmed only after a conversation and booking amount.

Now that you have seen the number —
would you like a call, or prefer WhatsApp/email only?

Anyone can send you a number.
Here is what sits behind ours.

  • The people who shot our portfolio are the people at your wedding. The most common disappointment in this industry is simple: you are sold on a showreel, then a junior you have never met arrives on the day. Your proposal names a craft tier, and that is the tier that turns up.
  • You see the editing style before you commit, not after. The edit is where a wedding is won or lost, and it is the one thing most studios ask you to take on faith. Ask us for recent work in the exact style you are choosing. We will send it before you pay anything.
  • A delivery date in writing. Films arriving eight months late is so normal it is a running joke. It is not one when it is your wedding. Your timeline is contractual.
  • A registered company, not a handshake. Ginger Films is Art-O Productions (OPC) Pvt Ltd — a real contract, invoices, and someone accountable if something goes wrong. Most of the market is freelancers with no recourse behind them.
  • We say no. We take a limited number of weddings each season because craft does not scale by booking more of it. If we have quoted you, we have the team to do it properly.

Compare us on the work, not the number. Then let’s talk.
