When you use our wedding estimate builder, we collect: your name, WhatsApp/mobile number, and (optionally) your email; details about your wedding — functions, dates, guest counts, venues/cities; the coverage, deliverables, and add-ons you select while building your estimate; and basic technical data such as page visits and where you drop off in the builder, so we can improve it.
To generate and send you a wedding coverage estimate/proposal, to follow up with you on WhatsApp, phone, or email about that estimate, and to understand how couples use this tool so we can make it faster and clearer. We do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes.
We will reach out about the estimate you built — typically on WhatsApp, sometimes by phone or email. We do not cold-call numbers submitted here for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your contact details to any third party.
We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and, where configured, Meta's Conversions API to understand which visitors go on to build an estimate or get in touch, so we can run more relevant ads and stop showing ads to people who've already spoken with us. This may involve sharing hashed (not plain-text) contact details with Meta for matching purposes, in line with Meta's own data policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences or your browser/device privacy settings.
We retain estimate and contact details for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your enquiry and for our own business records, and delete or anonymise them on request (see below).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
